Violation Comments
IPMC 504 Showers in units need sanitary surfaces and proper
installation. Shower heads that are leaking need
replaced.
Sanitary stack in basement needs replaced by
licensed plumber.

IPMC 605 Lights in hallway need secured to wall in hallway to
upper units.
IPMC 305 All floors need to be free of trip hazards. Install
transition strips where needed.
All walls need repaired where there is defects. Need
to have fire separation between units.
All surfaces shall be maintained in good condition
and sanitary condition. Install molding/trim on
windows and doors.
IPMC 305.4 Stairs need repaired to upper units.Treads are
unsafe and loose.
