IPMC 602 Units shall be provided with heating facilities capable
of maintaining a room temperature of 68 Degrees in
all habitable rooms.
Violation Comments
IPMC 603 Mechanical appliances such as furnaces shall be
properly installed and maintained in a safe working
condition and shall be capable of performing the
intended function. Currently furnace/boiler is not
maintained the required temperature in the unit.
Have a licensed contractor check the system to
ensure it is in operable condition.
