Violation Comments IPMC 305 Floors&Carpet are wet from a leak. Back bedroom walls are damaged from water damage and have the appearance of mold growing on the walls. Remove damaged carpet/pad and replace. Removed all damaged drywall and replace. Mitigate mold growth in unit.Walking surfaces in living room, hallway, and bedroom will need replaced. Occupants shall keep the area they control in a clean and sanitary condition. IPMC 605 Open fixture in bedroom will need cover.Tenants stated water was coming out of the outlet. IPMC 304.7 Gutter and extension on back of building not serving intended function. Gutter is not attached. IPMC 504 Sump pump in mechanical room was stuck and not functional. Replace pump with a functional pump. IFC 906 Fire extinguishers are expired and will need updated. IPMC 603 Furnace room will need cleaned and filters replaced. Vents on door will need cleaned. Sanitary efforts will need monitored in unit. Trees are growing up around AC units on the exterior and will need removed so units can get the air movement needed to function properly.
