IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors need to be in working condition.
Smoke detector missing on main level and in
basement.

IPMC 304.4&304.5 Foundations walls are in failure.Walls shall be
maintained plumb and free from open cracks and
breaks.Walls shall be kept in a condition so they will
support the imposed loads.
IPMC 305.6 Bathroom door and jam need replaced.
IPMC 305 Floors and walking surfaces shall be maintained in
sound condition and good repair.
Floors in living room and bedrooms have structural
issues floors are not maintained in good repair.
Need threshold on floor at entrance door.
Kitchen cabinets shall be maintained in good
condition.
IPMC 304.12 Handrails upstairs need installed to code. Handrails
to basement need to be continuous and secured to
code.
IPMC 504 Water heater supply lines not installed to code.
IPMC 702 Egress out of back door is blocked.
IPMC 305.4 Stair treads to basement are unsafe and some
treads need replaced.
IPMC 304.13 Bedroom window shall be kept in sound condition ,
good repair and weather tight.Window has fallen out
of opening.
IPMC 304.10 Front and back porches are not to code. Stairs do
not meet rise/run. Stairs in back are blocked by
volunteer tree growth. Handrails not to code.
IPMC 605 All light fixtures need bulbs and globes in place.
Electric outlets need checked in living room.
IPMC 309 Mice infestation shall be properly exterminated.
IPMC 304.7 Roof and sofit area not maintained in good
condition.
