IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors and CO detectors still not installed
to code.

IPMC 304.12 Handrail on front stairs still not replaced. Every
handrail shall be firmly fastened and capable of
supporting all imposed loads.
IPMC 605 Electric outlets still not covered. Outlet in back porch
room has hot/neutral reversed. Currently current has
charged the outlet and occupants can be shocked
when touching outlet.
Tension strength in may outlets throughout the
house need repaired, Outlets need replaced.
Light fixtures in basement are unsafe and need
repaired.
IFC 605.5 Extension cords throughout the house need
removed.
IPMC 305 All surfaces in house, (walls, ceilings,floors), need
repaired. Surfaces shall be maintained in good,
clean, &sanitary condition.
Door trim is missing off door to basement.
All floors shall be maintained in good condition.
Exposed tack strip and transition strip throughout.
Bathroom floor needs replaced
IPMC 702 Egress path out of the back door needs cleared.
IPMC 603 Exhaust fan over stove is missing a fan cover.
IPMC 304 Foundation walls shall be maintained free from
cracks and breaks that are letting water into
basement.
IPMC 304.15 304.16 Basement egress door needs replaced. Hatchways
shall be maintained in good condition. Door does not
function in its current condition.
Screen doors shall be maintained and locks&
hardware shall be kept in functional condition.
IPMC 504 All plumbing fixtures shall be installed and
maintained in working order, and shall be kept free
from leaks and defects. System shall be capable of
performing the function for which fixtures are
designed.
IPMC 403.5 Clothes dryer exhaust needs attached so it vents
outside.
