IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 CO detector is needed in vicinity of the bedrooms.
IPMC 304.15 Screen door needs a new door hinge/shock
installed.

clean, and sanitary condition.Window in shower
does not seal tightly.
IPMC 504 Water leak in basement is occurring at meter.Water
on floor and the appearance of mold in present.
Correct water leak and mitigate mold issue.
IPMC 304.13 All windows shall be kept in sound condition, good
repair,and weather tight.
IPMC 304.14 Insect screens missing.
IPMC 304.10 Front landing at front door still needs repaired.
Porch shall be maintained structurally sound and in
good repair.The patch to the porch did not correct
