IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Need CO detectors installed in units.Smoke
detectors need installed in hallways.
(IPMC 309 Bedbug infestation in unit will need e)terminated.

IPMC 305 Kitchen cabinets will need replaced they are in
disrepair. Floors will need replaced in unit. Floors
are not maintained in sound condition and in good
repair.
IPMC 603 Stove is leaking gas in back of stove. Replace or
service stove to make safe.
Refrigerator needs replaced since it is not working.
IFC 605.5 Remove all extension cords they are not allowed.
Have electric contractor check service for safety.
9-7-49-7-5 Need 2018 rental registration. Unit not registered
since 2016.
IPMC 304.13 Windows and frames shall be kept in sound
condition,good repair and weather tight.
IPMC 702 Egress path blocked out of unit because to much
obstructions in the egress path
IPMC 108.1.3 Unit is unfit to occupy. Unit is unsafe, because of the
degree to which the unit is in disrepair,and lacks
maintenance. Unit is insanitary and contains filth and
contamination.
IPMC 304.15 Entrance door to unit will need to be replaced along
with the door jam assembly. Jam has been broken
several times.
IPMC 304.3 All apartment doors need property numbering to
meet code.
IFC 906 All units will need updated fire extinguishers.
