Violation Comments IPMC 504 Bathroom tub faucet continues to run it will not shut off so it will need replaced. Toilet will need reset on floor. Sink need replaced since current sink will not secure to the wall. Kitchen sink will not drain correctly. IPMC 305 Need to install new bathroom floor. Current floor in not maintained in sound condition and good repair. Need newflooring in units. Repair broken trim on bathroom wall and repair medicine cabinet.
