IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Need smoke detectors in hallways outside units.
Need CO detectors in units.

IPMC 504 Bathroom tub faucet continues to run it will not shut
off so it will need replaced.
Toilet will need reset on floor.
Sink need replaced since current sink will not secure
to the wall.
Kitchen sink will not drain correctly.
IPMC 305 Need to install new bathroom floor. Current floor in
not maintained in sound condition and good repair.
Need newflooring in units.
Repair broken trim on bathroom wall and repair
medicine cabinet.
Remove all exposed nails in and outside units.
IPMC 309 Mice infestation needs exterminated. Contact pest
control agency to exterminate infestation.
9-7-49-7-5 Need 2018 rental registration for listed unit. Unit not
registered since 2016.
IFC 605.5 Extension cords on floor need removed. Microwave
needs direct connection to outlet.
IPMC 605 Outlets are sparking and have tension strength
issues. Have electric system checked by licensed
contractor.
IPMC 603 Need register covers on all registers.
Stove needs replaced since it has parts broken on
appliance.
IRC 303.7 Need lights installed at the top and bottom of the
stairs to illuminate landings and treads.
IPMC 108.1.3 Unit is unfit to occupy since the structure is unsafe,
because it lacks maintenance and it its current
condition is unsafe to the occupants. Infestation,
insanitary, unsafe equipment unit and structure is in
disrepair.
