IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors need to be in working condition.
One in each bedroom and outside of the bedrooms.
Also need smoke detector in basement.Also need a
CO detector in vicinity of the bedrooms.

IPMC 304.12 Need handrail installed to code upstairs and also
handrail&guards to basement.
IPMC 305.4 Stair treads are loose and are unsafe.
IPMC 305 Ceilings and trims around house need attention.
Trim loose in places, bathroom window trim loose
and could fall, and ceiling panels are not maintained
in good condition. Holes between floor trim in
bedrooms not maintained in good condition. Peeling
paint shall be corrected.
IPMC 605 Exposed wires in basement need terminated. Need
NIM connectors in panel. Outlet as base of panel not
working. need switch cover on furnace.
IPMC 304.15 Back door in not maintained in good condition. Door
will need to be repaired or replaced. Doors need to
be maintained and be weather tight.
IPMC 309 Structures shall be kept free from rodent infestation.
Bats are getting in unit.When rodents are found
they shall be promptly exterminated by an approved
processes that will not be injurious to human health.
