IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detector in not working in kids bedroom.
IPMC 304.12 Need to install new handrail to meet code on front
stairs leading up to house.

registers associated with ventilation system.
IPMC 504 Need to re-set toilet in bathroom.
Water heater needs draft hood secured to water
heater.Also need discharge tube installed and
install cover that is missing on bottom of water
