IPMC 603 Furnace filter will need to be changed.Also clean all
ducts®isters associated with the ventilation/
heating system.
IPMC 403.2 Exhaust fan in bathroom could use a good cleaning.

IPMC 305.3 Window frames in back bedroom need cleaned.
Instructed tenant on what to use to clean surfaces to
removed mold/mildew.
Walls in back bedroom shall be maintained in good,
clean, and sanitary condition.Tenant advised to
check lease and see who the responsible party is to
repair leak so stains do not show up on walls.
Sanitary efforts shall be maintained in unit per lease
requirements.
IPMC 605 Outlets covers are missing in back bedroom that will
need installed.
