IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors missing and house in not up to
code for Smoke detectors.Also CO detectors are
needed in unit.
Need smoke detector in basement.

IPMC 504 Toilet continues to run in main level bathroom.Toilet
needs replaced. Faucets continue to run in upstairs
sink. Have faucets replaced and plumbing checked
to ensure plumbing works to code. Large leak in
basement need corrected. Pipes also leaking in
basement. Plumbing issued need corrected by
licensed plumber.
Large water leak in basement needs corrected.
Large water usage at listed address.
IFC 605.5 Remove all extension cords and multiple adapters.
AC units need direct connection to outlets.
IPMC 305 Living room ceiling has water damage that needs
repaired.
Bathroom floor by toilet need repaired.
Bath cabinets on mail level need to be
replaced/repaired. Cabinets are not maintained in
good condition.
IPMC 304.12 Handrails need to be installed to code for the
upstairs and basement stairs.
IPMC 605 Hall lights and stairs lights do not work. Electric
hazard with exposed wires to garage and wires in
garage do not terminate in boxes. Exposed wires just
wire tied together. Have licensed contractor check
Wring and repair to code and make safe.
IPMC 304.13 Broken window in bathroom Windows shall be kept in
sound condition, good repair and weather tight.
IPMC 102.5 Repairs, maintenance work,alterations or
installations shall be executed and installed in a
workmanlike manner and installed in accordance to
the code.
IPMC 603 Missing door panel on furnace.
IPMC 304.5 Foundation walls shall be maintained plumb and free
from open cracks and breaks.
