IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors need to be in place and in working
condition. CO detectors need to be in place and in
working condition.

IPMC 304.12 Handrail on front steps needs replaced. Handrail is
very unsafe.
IPMC 605 Fixture box in living room on floor is not covered and
has exposed wires.All lights will need the proper
globes attached to the lights.
IPMC 702 Back door locked by padlock. Egress path need
opened up. Egress path from basement is locked.All
paths for egress purposes can not be
obstructed/locked.
IPMC 304.15 Back door is missing hardware that will need
installed.
IPMC 304 Foundation walls need to be free from cracks and
breaks that are letting water into basement.
IPMC 305.3 All floors shall be maintained in good condition.
Exposed tack strips and transition strips. Carpet is
missing in areas of the house.
IPMC 304.10 Back porch is being used for a bedroom. Egress
path from the house goes through this area. Cease
using back porch as a bedroom.
