IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors are needed in every bedroom and
one outside of the bedrooms. CO detectors are
needed in in vicinity of the bedrooms. Need to install
2 CO detectors outside of the bedrooms.

IPMC 504 Toilet in front bathroom needs re-set on floor.All
fixtures shall be installed and maintained in working
condition.
IPMC 302.9 Rodent harborage. Opossum dead under trailer has
been removed and potential family of opossum's still
under trailer. Proper extermination shall be done to
remove the harborage.
IPMC 403.2 Exhaust fan in rear bathroom needs replaced.
IPMC 304.15 Exterior door needs repaired since in does not
secure in the opening.
IPMC 702 Egress paths shall be kept free from obstructions.
Back door is blocked.
IPMC 304.12 Need a gripable handrail and guards on front steps.
9-7-49-7-5 Landlord license and rental registration is needed
for all units that are used as rental property.
