IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Co Detectors needed on main level and upstairs in
vicinity of rooms used for sleeping.
Violation Comments
IPMC 309 Mice infestation. Structures shall be kept free from
rodent infestation. Extermination shall be by an
approved process that will not be injurious to human
health.
IPMC 305 Peeling paint, chipping,flaking or abraded paint
shall be repaired. Peeling paint by bath tub shall be
corrected.All holes in walls shall be repaired.
IPMC 305.4 Stair treads and risers that are not maintained shall
be removed and replaced.Treads and risers shall
be capable of supporting imposed loads and shall be
maintained in good condition.
IPMC 307 Handrails and guards shall be installed on basement
stairs.
IPMC 605 All lights shall have proper globes installed on them.
Outlets shall have outlet covers on all outlets. Outlet
in bedroom and in basement by electric panel.
