IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors are needed in each bedroom and
outside of the bedrooms. Smoke detector is needed
in basement.
9-7-49-7-5 Need annual rental registration for all rental units.

IBC 105 Permits are needed for roof work and foundation
work.Work needs to be done by a licensed
contractor.
IPMC 603 Register vents in floor are missing and shall be
properly installed and maintained in a safe condition.
Furnace needs to maintain 68 degrees in the house.
Currently the temperature was 50 degrees at time of
inspection.
IPMC 305.4 Stairs and walking surfaces to the upstairs and
basement need repaired and made safe. Stair
treads are missing and some are unstable.
Back room off kitchen has holes in floor that need
repaired.
IPMC 304.5 Foundation walls shall be maintained plumb and free
from cracks.Walls shall be structurally sound and in
good repair. Foundation will need repaired by a
licensed contractor.
IPMC 504 Drain in basement is backing up and will need to
install a clean out plug in drain clean out.
Draft hood is not attached to water heater.
Water heater is missing discharge tube.
Water heater is also missing a cover on base.
Kitchen faucet will need replaced since it is leaking.
Bathroom toilet needs secured to floor it is not
currently stable on floor.
Bathroom shower will need new hardware installed
on tube. Currently pliers are used to turn tub and
shower on.
Bathroom sink will need repaired/replaced because
sink is not attached to wall.
IPMC 307 Need handrails installed to upstairs and basement
stairs.
IPMC 403.2 Exhaust fan will need to be repaired since fan cover
is not installed correctly.
IPMC 305.6 Interior doors shall fit reasonably in their opening.
Doors shall be maintained free from holes and shall
be capable of being opened and closed bey being
property attached to jambs.
Missing door hardware on door to basement.
IPMC 304.7 Roof needs replaced and needs done by a licensed
roofing contractor.
IPMC 305.3 Walls shall be maintained sound and free from any
holes.Walls shall be maintained in food condition.
Cracked plaster it defective condition shall be
corrected.Wall at stairs going to upper bedrooms
has loose boards covering holes.
Kitchen cabinets need to be repaired they are
missing drawers and drawer fronts.
IFC 605.5 Extension cords are in use and they are not allowed.
9-3-7 Electrical Permit Need to have electrical contractor get a final
inspection done on the new service installed at listed
address.
