detector in vicinity of the bedrooms.
IPMC 307 Install handrail on basement stairs.

IPMC 605 Light fixture in bathroom has exposed wires.Also
light above shower will need light bulb and globe
over light.
IPMC 702.3 702.4 Egress door out of kitchen will need to be
accessible. Currently door is screwed shut.
Basement is not allowed to be used as a bedroom
since no egress window exists for the emergency
escape.
IFC 605.5 Extension cords not allowed. Remove and replace
