IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors needed in bedroom and outside of
the bedrooms. CO detectors needed installed by
bedrooms.
Smoke detectors needed in basement.

IPMC 605 Electric outlets are wired wrong. Hot/neutral
reversed.
Outlets missing covers.
Electric conduit is hanging in basement and not
secured to wall.
220 V dryer outlet also not secured to wall.
Outlets in basement not working.
All light fixtures will need globes/covers installed
that are missing.
Light in stairway to lower unit is missing. Egress path
needs to be illuminated.
IFC 605.5 Multiple adapters are in use and not allowed.
Adapters need removed.
IPMC 504 Water heaters need attention. Draft hood on one of
the water heaters not secured over exhaust port.
One water heater is missing draft tube.
Discontinued Pex in basement needs removed.
Pumping water from basement needs to stop and
have sanitary drain checked by licensed plumber to
ensure system if functioning to code.
IPMC 305 Floors and walking surfaces need to be maintained
in good, clean and sanitary condition. Floors are
loose and not in good condition.
IPMC 702 Means of egress. No egress window in the bedroom.
Egress window that is in the living room is not
installed to code. Make corrections so rental unit
meets code for means of egress.
Have window removed/replaced so it meets code.
Past inspections on window have failed.
IPMC 304.15 Apartment entrance door not installed to code.All
doors and assemblies, door hardware shall be
maintained in good condition. Door Jam needs
installed to meet code.
IPMC 304.16 Basement egress window is leaking. Every hatchway
/window shall be maintained to prevent the entrance
of rain and surface drainage water.
