Electric conduit is hanging in basement and not secured to wall. 220 V dryer outlet also not secured to wall. Outlets in basement not working. IPMC 304.15 Apartment entrance door not installed to code.All doors and assemblies, door hardware shall be maintained in good condition. Door Jam needs installed to meet code. IPMC 304.16 Basement egress window is leaking. Every hatchway /window shall be maintained to prevent the entrance of rain and surface drainage water.
