IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detector in basement needs replaced.The
audible notification does not meet levels for sound
notification.

IPMC 605 Outlets on main level in living room, kitchen, dining
room, on fire place mantel, and bedrooms are not
grounded. Hot/neutral reversed on one outlet in front
bedroom.
Outlet in basement need knockouts installed on box.
Need slugs/covers installed in electric panel.
Extension cord in basement has splice in cord and
needs removed.
IPMC 403.2 Exhaust fan in bathroom not working.
IPMC 304.15 Install weather strip on rear egress door. Doors shall
be weather tight and fit reasonable in their openings.
