IPMC 603 Furnace was not working today at time of inspection.
Not able to maintain 68 Degrees in unit.
IPMC 605 Electrical issues with breakers blowing and in the off
position.

IPMC 305 Kitchen cabinets still not in functional condition.
Cabinets not repaired and peeling paint not
repaired.
IPMC 504 Toilet still not reset on floor.Toilet is unstable to use.
Plumbing is backed up in the bathroom sink.
IBC 105 No permits have been obtained for the new window
installed in the bathroom.
1-3-2 Violations present since August of 2017 and unit has
failed every month.Vacate unit until corrections can
bring unit up to rental code.
