IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Need smoke detectors and o detectors installed to
code. Smoke detector in each bedrooms and 1
outside of the bedrooms. CO detector installed in
vicinity of the bedrooms.

IPMC 304.10 Stairs, handrails, guards,to upper unit needs
removed and replaced. Exposed nails and very
unstable rails and steps. Missing steps and guards
are dangerous.
IFC 605.5 Remove ALL extension cords.
IPMC 605 Several electrical issues throughout the unit. Outlets
missing covers,outlets pulling out of the walls and
fan hanging on wall in bedroom is unsafe.All lights
need globes and installed to code.All fixtures need
covers.All lights need to be in working condition.
IPMC 603 Refrigerator was not working at time of initial
inspection.
Thermostat was hanging from wall.
IPMC 305 Ceiling tiles missing.All paneling shall be attached to
the walls and maintained sound and capable of
supporting all imposed loads.
Floor in front bedroom is slopped severally and all
structural members need checked to ensure all
imposed loads are safe.
IPMC 403.2 Need to install bath exhaust fan in bathroom that is is
operating condition.
IPMC 304.15 Doors need to be in functional condition and in good
repair.
IPMC109 Imminent danger Electrical system is currently unsafe to the
occupants.
IPMC 108.1.5 Unsafe deck, stairs, and walking surfaces currently
in place.The current walking surface and stairs are
unsafe and do not provide proper exit or other safe
means of egress.
There is faulty construction and is likely to partially
or completely collapse. .
