CO detector in needed in vicinity of the bedrooms. Smoke detector is needed in basement. Violation Comments IPMC 304.10 Front stairs need repaired. Install handrail on the front stairs. Steps are decayed and need replaced. IPMC 305 All holes in walls and ceilings will need to be repaired. Peeling and abraded paint will need corrected. Repair all leaks within building. Find where leaks are occurring and repair. Repair back splash behind sink. IPMC 304.12 Handrails on interior stairs will need replaced. Handrail is broken and not secured to wall. IFC 605.5 Multiple adapters are not allowed and will need removed. IPMC 605 Outlets in living room are not grounded.All light fixtures will need bulbs and globes installed. Check outlets in bedroom since they are sparking and causing breakers to trip. Light fixture in back bedroom is not secured to ceiling ad there is exposed wires. IPMC 403.2 Need an exhaust fan installed in bathroom. IPMC 304.15 Front door hardware needs replaced. Door is not in good shape where lock set in installed. IFC 906 Updated fire extinguisher is needed in unit. IPMC 309 Bed bug infestation in unit. Structures shall be kept free from rodent infestation. Rodents shall be promptly exterminated by and approved processes. No corrections have been made from initial inspection done on April 26th, 2018.
