Violation Comments IPMC 504 Laundry closet has a faucet that is leaking on floor and is causing black mold to form on floor. Floor is black and a hazard to occupants.All plumbing shall be maintained in working order and shall be kept free from leaks and defects. Repair defective plumbing and removed and replace flooring in area. Kitchen cabinet is damaged from a water leak in the area under the sink. Dishwasher is not maintained in a sanitary and functional condition. Replace dishwasher so it is capable of performing the function for which such fixture was designed. Toilet in upstairs needs re-set on floor. Currently loose and leaking on floor. Tub surround needs replaced and tub needs reconditioned. Mold present on surround and tub that can not be cleaned. In every dwelling every toilet room floor and associated areas shall be maintained in a smooth, hard, nonabsorbent surface to permit such areas to be easily kept in a clean and sanitary condition. IPMC 304.15 Front door jam needs replaced since it is broken. Door hardware and lock mechanisms shall be maintained in good condition. IPMC 603 Furnace will need a newfilter installed and cold air return will need a good cleaning. IPMC 305 Interior surfaces to include the living room ceiling will need repaired. Damage area from water damage caused peeling and abraded paint. Cracked plaster and other defective surface conditions shall be corrected. Peeling paint shall be corrected throughout. IPMC 403.2 Exhaust fan in upstairs bathroom needs cleaned.
