Violation Comments
IPMC 403.2 Exhaust fan is not working and is pulling out of the
ceiling. Make corrections that allow the fan to be in
working condition.

IPMC 504 Plumbing fixtures shall be installed and maintained in
working order and free from any defects. Need new
tub surround and shower head is not secure in wall.
Shower head escutcheon is not installed to code.
IPMC 504.1 Bathtub will need to be refinished.The current
coating is peeling and is a hazard to the occupants.
Plumbing fixtures shall be maintained in a safe,
sanitary, and functional condition.
IPMC 304.13 Window in kitchen is broken and will need repaired.
Living room windows have possible mold and tenants
were instructed on cleaning procedures and what
types on chemicals they can use.
IPMC 304.15 Screen door shock is broken and will need repaired.
Possible mounting bracket will need installed on
screen door.All hardware shall be maintained in
good condition.
IPMC 605.1 Electrical equipment,wiring,and appliances shall be
properly installed and maintained in a safe and
approved manner. Freezer plugged into an un-
grounded outlet and potential for electric hazard by
blowing breakers.Adapters are not allowed and
appliances need direct connection to outlets.
