Violation Comments IPMC 403.2 Exhaust fan is not working and is pulling out of the ceiling. Make corrections that allow the fan to be in working condition. Violation Comments IPMC 504 Plumbing fixtures shall be installed and maintained in working order and free from any defects. Need new tub surround and shower head is not secure in wall.
