CO detectors are needed in front and back by the bedrooms. Violation Comments IPMC 504 Plumbing fixtures shall be properly installed and maintained in working order and shall be kept from from obstructions, leaks and defects.Toilet in front of trailer needs reset on floor it is not secure on floor.Toilet is potential for leaking at floor.There is a terrible smell emitting from the front of the trailer. Where it is found that a plumbing system is a hazard to the occupants or the structure by reason of inadequate service , inadequate venting,cross connection, backsiphonage, improper installation, deterioration, or damage all defects shall be corrected. IPMC 403.2 Exhaust fan in rear bathroom needs replaced. IPMC 305.3 Interior surface conditions and defective cabinets shall be repaired or replaced. Drawers are missing and cabinets are not maintained in good repair. Mold has been seen in unit in front laundry room and front bathroom. IPMC 304.15 Exterior door does not fit in opening reasonably well. Door does not provide security when closed it pops open. Doors and assemblies and hardware shall be maintained in good condition. IPMC 702 Egress paths shall be kept free from obstructions. Back egress door is blocked. IFC 906 Need an updated fire extinguisher in unit. IPMC 304.12 Gripable Handrails and guards are needed on front porch. 9-7-49-7-5 Landlord license and rental registration is required for all manufactured housing units at this location. Currently none of the units used for rentals are registered. IPMC 108.1.3 Structure is unfit to occupy because the structure is unsafe because of the lack of maintenance, lack of ventilation, and the hazard to the occupants because of the smell. IPMC 108.1.5(9) Structure used for dwelling purposes, because of inadequate maintenance, inadequate ventilation, mechanical or plumbing system failure or otherwise is determined unfit for human habitation or in such a condition that is likely to cause sickness or disease shall be corrected ASAP.
