IFC 906 Fire Extinguishers need up dated on 2nd floor.
Extinguisher has been discharged and needs
replaced.

IPMC 504 Water heater is not installed to code. Supply lines
installed with shark bites to top of water heater.
Installation need to be solid pipe up 18" inches off
the top of the water heater. Have licensed contractor
install water heaters in multiple unit complexes.
IFC 907 Check & Update all smoke detectors in building.
Install smoke detectors on each side of fire doors on
every level.
