Smoke detectors missing on 1st floor. Check to
ensure all smoke detectors are installed to meet
code throughout building.

IFC 906 Fire extinguishers missing on 1st floor and 2nd floor
extinguisher needs replaced since it has been
discharged.
IPMC 304.13 Windows are broken in complex. Broken glass on
ground. All windows shall be kept in sound condition
good repair and weather tight.
IPMC 304.15 304.18 Door to unit # 5 has missing assemblies that allow
access to the throw and deadbolt from the outside.
Jam and trim is missing & parts of the door
assemblies need installed so the devices designed
to provide security for the occupants.
IPMC 309 Pest infestation (cockroaches) in the above listed
unit. Units in which insects are found shall be
promptly exterminated by approved processes that
will not be injurious to the occupants.
