Violation Comments
IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors are needed in each bedroom and
outside of the bedrooms. Smoke detector in needed
in basement and on each level. CO detectors are
needed in vicinity of the bedrooms on 1 st floor and
upstairs.

IPMC 304.15 Front screen door is broken and needs replaced.
Back egress door is not secure in its opening. Brick
mold is rotten and door is potentially able to not
function as intended. Front door jam is broken and
needs replaced.
IPMC 305.6 Interior doors missing and broken. Replace all
broken doors in house.Trim and drywall is missing in
several areas of house around walls and doors.
IPMC 605 Exposed electrical wires in entryway. Outlets in living
room are not rounded and need corrected. Missing
outlet and switch covers.All light fixtures will need
approved globes installed on all lights.
Rear light on outside of back door needs hardwired.
Bathroom lights is missing bulbs and cover.
IPMC 603 Register vent covers missing.
IPMC 305 Stairway of the upstairs are unsafe and need
repaired.Treads are loose and unsafe. Floor in
landing by stairs is in need of being replaced.
Missing transition strips in several areas of house.
Basement floor is busted and missing concrete.
IPMC 504 Basement drain is backed up in basement. Shower
drains into basement. Hardware of shower is not
installed and maintained.All fixtures shall be in
working condition.
IPMC 304.13 Several windows on house and porch are unsafe
and broken.Windows are missing casement and will
need replaced.
IPMC 304.10 Deck, stairs, and handrails on rear deck need
replaced. Rear deck is unsafe and not up to code.
IPMC 304.7 Roof&gutters need replaced. Flashing shall be
sound,tight, and not have detects.
IPMC 108.1.3 Structure is unfit to occupy.
IPMC 702 Egress path is obstructed on porch near front door.
1-3-2 Failure to comply with city ordinances shall result in
the issuance of municipal infractions(s)being issued
if corrections are not done.
