IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors missing. Install smoke detectors to
meet code.Also install CO detectors in vicinity of
bedrooms.
IPMC 304.12 Handrails missing to basement.

IPMC 504 Water supply lines to washer need secured to wall.
Hot supply line is leaking to washer.
Shower in basement is not functional and needs
removed. Fixtures shall be properly installed and
maintained working order.
IPMC 304.13 Window in kitchen shall be kept in sound condition,
good repair and weather tight. presence of mold on
and around window.Window in this area shall be
tempered.
IPMC 304.6 Basement walls shall be free from holes, breaks, and
maintained in weatherproof condition. Presence of
mold on foundation walls.
IPMC 304.15 Doors shall be maintained weather tight. Screen
door shall be maintained in good condition. Replace
screen door and make exterior doors weather tight.
IPMC 605 Electric outlet in kitchen is sparking. Have licensed
electrical check electrical system.
IPMC 404.4.2 Access from bedrooms shall not constitute the only
means of access to other bedrooms or habitable
spaces and shall not serve as the only means of
egress from other habitable spaces.
Occupants have to go through one bedroom to gain
access to another bedroom.
IPMC 403.5 Dryer is exhausting into basement and needs to
exhaust to the exterior of the house.
