IPMC 309 Rodent infestation(mice)in unit. Proper
extermination by and approved process shall be
done.
IPMC 304.13 All broken windows shall be repaired.

IPMC 304.7 Open sofit and gutters damaged shall be repaired.
IPMC 304.15 Exterior doors, door assemblies,operator systems
shall be maintained in good condition. Corrections
still not done.
IRC 311.3 Landing still not installed on rear egress door on
rear of house.
IPMC 504 Water heater still missing discharge tube.
IPMC 605 Electrical issues still not corrected. Install permanent
electric fixture for washer. Extension cords not
allowed and washer needs direct connection to
outlet.220 V dryer outlet needs mounted to wall and
10/3 wire secured.
Outlet in 1 st floor bathroom&stairwell not grounded.
IPMC 304.5 Foundation issued still not corrected.Water is
leaking into basement from breaks in walls.
IPMC 305 Living room ceiling is failing and tiles potentially
could fall. Corrections still not completed.
IPMC 304.12 Handrails need to be installed on all stairs that have
more that 4 risers. Handrails need to be gripable and
meed all code requirements.
