Smoke detector missing in basement. Violation Comments IPMC 504 Water heater needs to be replaced by a licensed contractor.Water heater is leaking severely from bottom of eater heater and all over basement floor. Discharge tube missing on water heater. Supply lines not installed to code. IFC 906 Updated fire extinguisher is needed in unit. Current extinguisher is expired. IPMC 605 All appliances need direct connection to outlets.The use of power strips and extension cords for appliances in not allowed. SEU cable on electric service on exterior of house needs replaced. Several areas of siding is decayed and wood siding in not attached to house. Siding is rotten and missing from decay. Peeling,flaking, and chipped paint shall be eliminated and surfaces repainted. IPMC 309 Rodent infestation shall be exterminated by an approved process that will not be injurious to human health. Mice getting into house through deteriorated holes in siding and foundation.
