IFC 906 Updated fire extinguishers are needed in building.

IPMC 305 Ceiling in living room needs repaired.Water damage
has occurred in the past and paint is now abraded
and peeling. Surfaces on ceiling has past water
damage and a crack running the distance from one
wall to the next wall.Area around heat register
needs removed and replaced.
IPMC 403.4 Where injurious,toxic, irritating, or noxious fumes,
gases, dusts are generated an exhaust ventilation
system shall be provided to remove the
