Back enclosure still not corrected &made safe.Walls and roof system not capable of supporting the imposed loads. IPMC 304.15 Entrance door needs to be weather tight. IPMC 304.13 Windows&frames shall be kept in sound condition, good repair and weather tight. Framing around windows is rotten and needs to be re-framed. Windows in structure shall be replaced.
