Violation Comments IPMC 108.1.3 Rental unit unfit to occupy. Rental does not meet current code for habitation. IPMC 605 Electrical disconnect on rear of house for AC has no cover and wires are a)posed to elements. Violation Comments IPMC 304.13 Windows are not maintained in sound condition and good repair. Boarded windows in structure and others are broken. IPMC 304.15 Doors do not have good door assemblies, hardware. Door handles and locks missing on doors. House is not able to be secured.
