IPMC 108.1.3 Rental unit unfit to occupy. Rental does not meet
current code for habitation.
IPMC 605 Electrical disconnect on rear of house for AC has no
cover and wires are a)posed to elements.

IPMC 304.13 Windows are not maintained in sound condition and
good repair. Boarded windows in structure and
others are broken.
IPMC 304.15 Doors do not have good door assemblies, hardware.
Door handles and locks missing on doors. House is
not able to be secured.
IPMC 304.2 Protective treatment to include exterior surfaces
shall be maintained in good condition. Slate siding is
broken in several areas on house.
IPMC 304.7 Gutters and roof need repaired. Gutters are full of
debris and not allowed to drain as intended.
9-7-49-7-5 2019 Rental registration is due.
IPMC 104.2 Rental inspection for the interior of the rental unit is
required before house is to be occupied/rented.
