IPMC 304.15 Screen door still needs replaced.

IPMC 504 Basement drain not functioning as designed. 1st
floor bathroom has the presence of mold on wall
above tub. Remove drywall and find source of water
damage. Plumbing in basement is leaking and not
terminated. Open lines not hooked up.
Water heater installed no permit.
IPMC 304.7 Updated permit on roof to include entire needs
replaced.
IPMC 605 Electrical issues need corrected to include: Exposed
wires in bathroom and basement.All outlets need
approved covers and outlets with tension issues
need replaced.
IPMC 304.13 Windows need replaced in several areas. Several
windows leaking and water damage to supporting
frame work.
IPMC 305 Walls and ceiling damage in bedroom by chimney.
Leaking has occurred around chimney and drywall
has collapsed in back bedroom.
IPMC 307 Handrails need to be installed on stairways.
IPMC 603 No inspection tag on furnace. Condensate leaking
on furnace.
IPMC 309 Rodent harborage needs proper extermination.
IPMC 108.1.3 Structure unfit to occupy until all corrections are
done.
IPMC 302.7 Accessory detached garage has roof and wall
damage from tree falling on garage. Permit has been
secured to repair garage.
