Smoke detectors needed in every bedroom and
outside of the bedrooms. Smoke detector is also
needed in basement. CO detector is needed in
vicinity of the bedrooms.

IPMC 605 Exposed wires on rear porch for light. Light is
missing.
Outlets in kitchen not working. GFCI is also not
working.
Outlet for dining room AC is burned and needs
changed out. Plug for AC is damaged and needs
replaced.
IPMC 309 Mice infestation in kitchen cabinets. Sink cabinet not
maintained sound and in good repair. Missing
backing and mice potentially can get into cabinets.
Mice feces and gnats present. Exterminate
infestation in unit.

capable of supporting all loads imposed. Shelve
supports not safe. Kitchen counter top not secured
to cabinet.

Extension cord running upstairs AC. Unit needs

IPMC 307 Handrails needed to basement. Handrails needed to
upstairs.
IPMC 305.6 Interior doors shall fit reasonable well within its frame
and shall be capable of being opened and closed.
Doors shall securely close and latch. Door hardware
shall be able to function as intended. Currently
hardware (knobs) are not able to be used as
manufactured.
IPMC 305 Walls shall be maintained. Clean out area for bath
tub needs drywall installed.
Base boards shall be maintained. Currently mop
boards are loose or not attached.
Kitchen floor not maintained in good condition. Floor
tiles pulling up and need replaced.
