IPMC 504 Sewer backed up in basement.Toilet will not drain&
is leaking down walls in kitchen. Sewer line in
basement needs replaced/repaired. Standing water
in drain and on basement floor.

IPMC 304.5 Foundation walls shall be maintained plumb and free
from open cracks and breaks.Water is getting into
basement through the walls. Foundation is severely
bowed and there is structural issues occurring with
the damage.
