Violation Comments
IFC907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors not in working condition and not
installed to code. CO detector is needed in vicinity of
the bedrooms.
IFC 906 Updated fire extinguisher is needed in unit.
Violation Comments
IPMC 304.7 Need to re-roof house and garage. Holes in roof and
and black mold is present in garage ceiling&walls.
Gut ceiling and walls and mitigate mold.
Gutters are falling off the house that need replaced.
IPMC 304.10 Back steps off patio not installed to code and are
unsafe. Large drop off coming from patio to steps.
Need to remove and replace with landing and stairs
that meet code.
IPMC 305 Ceiling in bathroom is leaking and needs repaired.
Leakage is pertaining to the roof needing repaired.

Have migration of mold done so the structure in not
a hazard to the occupants.
