Appearance of mold in closet. Potential mold growth
from water damage.
IPMC 305.4 Carpet is still damaged from water leak and carpet
will need removed &replaced.Abatement of
potential mold in carpet is possible if completed by a
mitigation company certified in making carpet safe.
