Girls bedroom smoke detector is not working. Violation Comments IPMC 309 Rodent infestation(mice)in unit. Proper extermination by an approved processes shall be done to keep unit free of infestation. IPMC 304.13 All broken windows shall be fixed.All windows shall be kept in sound condition, good repair,.and weather tight. IPMC 304.7 Open sofit and gutters damaged shall be repaired IPMC 304.15 Exterior doors, door assemblies,operator systems shall be maintained in good condition. Rear screen door broken,front door needs weather striping, and porch door needs door trim around inside of door. All exterior doors will need to be weather tight. IRC 311.3 Need a landing on each side of an exterior door. Back door will need a 36"inch landing in measured in the direction of travel to the exterior of the house. IPMC 504 Water heater will need a discharge tube installed. IPMC 605 Will need to install permanent electric box for washer. Extension cord not allowed and washer needs direct connection to outlet. 220 V dryer outlet will need mounted to wall. Installation of new devices will require permits and inspections. Outlet in stairwell to upstairs is not grounded and will need corrected. IPMC 304.5 Foundation walls have large fractures in walls where mortar is missing.Water is leaking into basement from the foundation not being maintained. Foundations shall be free from holes, breaks, and loose or rotting materials. IPMC 305 Living room ceiling is failing and potentially tiles will fall into living room. Possible water leak in this area. The interior of a structure shall be maintained in good repair,structurally sound and in a sanitary condition.
