Shock not installed because door jam is broken. Replace jam and install screen door shock correctly. Front and rear door will need weatherization. Door seals are bad and need replaced. Door trim around doors will need to be repaired.All doors, assemblies, hardware,and operating systems shall be maintained in good condition. IPMC 403.5 Large accumulation of dryer lint behind appliances. Dryer not hooked up to vent correctly.Will also need proper dryer vent on exterior of the unit. IPMC 305 All holes in walls and floors will need repaired. Repairing these holes and floors will assist in the infestation mitigation. IPMC 605 Missing outlet covers will need to be installed and broken outlet covers will need replaced. IPMC 403.2 Bath fan not working as intended.Appearance of mold in bath area from fan not providing proper ventilation.
