IFC907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors are needed in each bedroom and
outside of the bedrooms. CO detector is needed
outside of the bedrooms.

IPMC 603 Furnace will need new filter and checked to ensure it
is capable of performing its intended function.
Refrigerator needs replaced. Refrigerator has
unsafe exposed wires inside. Refrigerator leaks and
is not maintained in a safe condition.
Window AC not secure in in window opening and not
functioning as manufactured. Large amount of water
in tray inside of AC.Appearance of mold on window
by AC.
IPMC 504 Water heater is not installed to code. Supply lines
installed in pex pipe.Will need solid copper lines
installed up of top of water heater 18"inches.
Toilet needs re-set on floor.
IPMC 309 Mice infestation in unit. Rodent infestation shall be
promptly exterminated by approved processes.
IPMC 304.15 Rear door screen door not installed as
manufactured. Shock not installed because door jam
is broken. Replace jam and install screen door shock
correctly.
Front and rear door will need weatherization. Door
seals are bad and need replaced.
Door trim around doors will need to be repaired.All
doors, assemblies, hardware,and operating systems
shall be maintained in good condition.
IPMC 403.5 Large accumulation of dryer lint behind appliances.
Dryer not hooked up to vent correctly.Will also need
proper dryer vent on exterior of the unit.
IPMC 305 All holes in walls and floors will need repaired.
Repairing these holes and floors will assist in the
infestation mitigation.
IPMC 605 Missing outlet covers will need to be installed and
broken outlet covers will need replaced.
IPMC 403.2 Bath fan not working as intended.Appearance of
mold in bath area from fan not providing proper
ventilation.
