IFC907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors need to be installed to meet code.
CO detector is also needed installed to code.

IPMC 304.10 Back stairs and handrail unsafe. Need to install new
handrail. Back porch enclosure to unit#3 is unsafe
since walls is&roof system is not capable of
supporting the imposed loads. Re-construct wall and
roof system.
IPMC 304.15 Entrance door needs to be weather tight. Doors shall
be installed and maintained in good condition.
IPMC 304.13 Windows, &frames shall be kept in sound condition,
good repair and weather tight. Framing around
windows is rotten and needs re framed. Structure will
need new windows installed.
IPMC 305.6 Interior doors, (bedroom door),will need to be
replaced.
IPMC 605 Outlet in living room is not grounded. Have licensed
electrician check electric in unit to ensure system
meets code.
IPMC 602.3 Furnace is not capable of heating unit tot meet code.
Tenants are heating unit with the stove. Mechanical
equipment shall be installed and maintained in a
safe working condition.
IPMC 304.5 Foundation walls shall be maintained in good
condition, plumb and free from open cracks.
IPMC 304.2 Exterior treatment shall be maintained water tight
and weather resistant. Slate siding is in real bad
shape and will need repaired/replaced.
IPMC 402 Egress door outside unit#3 shall be provided with
lighting sufficient to permit the safe entry to building.
Need to install approved lighting for unit.
IPMC 302.3 Walks and driveways shall be kept in a proper state
of repair and maintained free from hazardous
conditions. Large holes in rear of property need
repaired.
IPMC 108.1.1 Unsafe conditions exist with decayed materials
unstable foundations, and structural walls to unit 3 .
