IPMC 702 Egress path block by a large amount of
garbage/debris&furniture.The egress path will
need to be cleared and kept clear.
Violation Comments
IPMC 309 Pest elimination will be needed in unit. Large amount
of gnats in unit from all the food that is spoiled.
IPMC 308 Large amount of garbage in unit that will need
removed. Every occupant of a unit shall dispose of
all rubbish in a clean and sanitary manner.
IFC 605.5 Electrical coders in use and they are not allowed.
Remove all extension cords.
IPMC 305.4 All walking surfaces shall be maintained in sound
condition and good repair. Floor in living room/
kitchen area has large water damaged area that will
need repaired.
IPMC 305 Holes in walls will need corrected. Ceilings are
contaminated with water damage&will need
cleaned.
IPMC 603 Mechanical heating devices shall be maintained in
good condition. Devices shall be capable of
performing intended function. Baseboard heating
device is damaged. Unit is not capable of
maintaining 68 degrees.
IPMC 108.1.3 Unit is unfit to occupy in current condition. Unit is
unfit because of the degree to which the structure is
insanitary,vermin infested,contains filth and
contamination.These conditions in unit are a hazard
to the occupant&to the public.
IPMC 108.1.5 Dangerous premises located at unit because any
door,aisle, passageway, stairway,exit, or other
means of egress is blocked and does not conform to
the approved building,fire, &rental codes.
