IFC907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors are not in working condition.All
smoke detectors shall be replaced to meet current
code. Smoke detectors over 10 years old should be
replaced.

IPMC 304.5 Foundation is leaking and a large amount of water is
in basement. Foundation walls shall be maintained
free from open cracks and breaks and shall be kept
in such condition so as to prevent entry of water.
IPMC 304.7 Gutter extensions not attached to house.Water is
getting into basement and it is possible this can
potentially be part of the cause of the water in the
basement.
IPMC 403.5 Dryer is not exhausting to the outside of the house.
Dryer does not have exhaust attached to dryer.
9-5-69-5-8 Failure to obtain permits and inspections for new
Trane furnace installed at listed address. Have
licensed contractor obtain permits and inspections
for the furnace installed.
IPMC 305.3 Interior surfaces in basement have the appearance
of black mold growing on walls.Walls and surfaces
shall be maintained in good,clean,and sanitary
condition.
