IFC907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors and CO detectors still not installed
to code.
IPMC 304.12 Handrail on front stairs still not replaced. Handrail is
unsafe in current condition.

IPMC 605 Electric outlets still not covered. Outlets in back
porch area wired wrong. Hot/neutral are reversed
on outlets. Have electric system checked.
Tension strength issues exist in many outlets
throughout the house. Light fixtures in basement are
unsafe.
IFC 605.5 Remove all extension cords.
IPMC 305 All surfaces in house, (walls, ceilings,floors), need
repaired. Door trim still missing on door to basement.
Exposed tack strips throughout the house.
Bathroom floor still needs replaced.
IPMC 603 Exhaust fan still missing fan cover.
IPMC 304 Foundation walls shall be maintained free from
cracks and breaks.
IPMC 304.15 304.16 Basement egress door needs replaced. Hatchways
shall be maintained in good condition. Door does not
function in its current capacity. Screen door on front
of house will need repaired/replaced.
IPMC 504 All plumbing fixtures shall be installed and
maintained in working order.
IPMC 403.5 Dryer exhaust needs attached so it vents outside.
IPMC 602.3 Furnace shall be capable of maintaining 68 degrees.
Currently furnace is not capable of performing this
function. Furnace will need repaired by licensed
HVAC contractor.
