IFC907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors need to be in working condition.

IPMC 605 Outlet by washer/dryer is not grounded. Electric
panel will need approved slugs installed in panel.
Currently the plastic ones installed do not fit
correctly in panel.
IPMC 504 Draft hood is not secure to water heater.
IFC 605.5 Extension cords in use. Remove all extension cords.
IPMC 403.2 No exhaust fan in bathroom. Bathroom will need to
have an exhaust fan installed.
IPMC 305.3 Interior surfaces including windows&walls shall be
maintained on good, clean,and sanitary condition.
High levels of humidity in house causing
condensation to form on windows and walls. Moisture
is causing mold to appear on areas affected by
moisture.
Recommended the installation of a dehumidifier to
reduce levels in house.
IPMC 605.2 Bathroom does not have a working outlet. Every
bathroom shall contain one receptacle. Receptacle
shall have GFCI protection.
