IFC907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors need to be installed to meet code.
CO detectors need to be installed to meet code.

IPMC 702 Egress path is obstructed inside and outside of the
unit.A safe continuous&unobstructed path of travel
shall be provided from any point in a building to the
public cay.
IFC 315.3 Storage shall be separated from heaters or heating
devices. Large quantity of items stored in the egress
path.
IPMC 605 Several lights missing globes.
Several outlets not working.
IFC 605.5 Extension cords in use and shall be removed.
IPMC 304.15 Door,door assemblies, operation systems and jam
shall be maintained in good condition. Locks shall
tightly secure door in its opening.Jam is busted and
needs replaced.
IPMC 304.10&304.12 Back stairs are unsafe with treads loose. Deck and
steps shall be maintained structurally safe and in
good repair. Stairs is missing handrail required by
code.
IPMC 305 Ceiling tiles missing in unit.
IPMC 108.1.3 Unit in current condition is unfit to occupy. Several
hazards/violations present. Unit is unsafe to inspect
entire unit because of the insanitary condition of the
unit. Egress obstructions and the disrepair of the
unit make this an unfit unit.
Unit will need to be cleaned and made safe for a
complete inspection can be done.
IFC 906 Updated fire extinguisher is needed for unit.
