IFC907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors are needed in every sleeping room
and outside of every bedroom.All smoke detectors
are to be maintained in working condition. Smoke
detector is needed in basement. CO detectors are
needed in vicinity of any room used as a bedroom.

IPMC 304.7 Gutters falling off of house. Gutter needs to be
repaired.
IPMC 504 Bathroom sink and bath tub not draining. Have
system checked and kept free from obstructions.
IPMC 304.13 Broken windows will need repaired.
IPMC 305.6 Bathroom door is broken and will need replaced.
Door hardware not able to function with door broken.
Door(s)to room being used as a bedroom on main
level will need repaired and maintained in a working
condition and capable of being opened and closed.
Repair all door trim missing on jams and doors.Trim
to kitchen will need corrected.
IPMC 603 Stove will need replaced/repaired since some
burners do not work. Refrigerator will need replaced
since is leaks real bad.
All open registers and returns will need proper
covers installed.
IPMC 305 Peeling and abraded paint in house will need
corrected. Cracked and peeling paint upstairs will
need corrected.
IPMC 307 Need to install missing handrail to basement.
IPMC 605 Bathroom outlet will need to have the open neutral
fixed so outlet will work as intended.
IPMC 702 Means of egress out of patio door needs to have an
unobstructed path of travel and door needs to be
repaired.
