IFC907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors needed in every bedroom and
outside of bedrooms. Smoke detector is needed on
every level and in basement. CO detectors are
needed in vicinity of the bedrooms.

Zoning Code 10-10-1 (A) 10 Alterations and conversions of a single family
dwelling into a rooming house will require a special
permit by the BOA. Single family house is being used
as a rooming house. Rooms being rented to
individuals for money per room.
IPMC 605 Porch light needs to be wired to code.
Panel in basement is missing cover.
Lights are missing Globes.
Outlets&switches need approved covers.
IPMC 504 Basement flooded and standing water is in
basement.Water is not currently on at listed
address. Fixtures do not work as intended.
Plumbing fixtures shall be properly installed and
maintained in working order, and shall be kept free
from obstructions, leaks, and defects.
IPMC 305 Holes in walls&ceilings need repaired.
IPMC 304.7 Roof leaking and causing damage in the interior of
the home.
IPMC 702 Egress paths blocked in house. Back door screwed
shut,debris throughout the house blocking egress
path. Sleeping basement without an egress window.
IPMC 304.13 Broken windows throughout house need repaired.
IPMC 305.6 Doors will need to be maintained in good condition
and all locks and knobs shall be maintained in
working condition. Clasp locks are not allowed and
shall be removed immediately.
IPMC 307 Handrails are needed throughout the house and
exterior of the house to meet code.Attic, basement,
and exterior front and back stairs.
IPMC 108.1.3 Structure is unfit to occupy for human occupancy
whenever the inspector/official finds that such
structure is unsafe, unlawful, or because of the
degree to which the structure is in disrepair or lacks
maintenance, is insanitary, contains filth and
contamination.This structure constitutes a hazard to
the occupants of the structure and to the public.
9-7-49-7-5 Landlord license and rental registration is needed
