IFC907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors are needed installed to meet code.
CO detector is needed in unit.
Violation Comments
IPMC 304.15 Front door,assemblies,and door hardware shall be
maintained in good condition. Locks at all entrances
to units shall tightly secure the door. No door know
on exterior door. Screen door needs repaired and
secured to the jam.
IPMC 702 Debris and items stored on stairs to unit causing
obstructions in the egress path.
IPMC 603 Refrigerator is leaking in unit. Remove defective
refrigerator and install working refrigerator.
IPMC 305.4 Bathroom floor needs replaced. Floor shall be
maintained in goof condition. Stairs leading to unit
will need carpet replaced because of the potential
trip hazard.
IPMC 504 Bathroom sink leaks all over floor. Have licensed
plumber repair drain to meet code.Toilet has broken
parts and all defects shall be repaired so it is able to
function for which fixture is designed.
IPMC 605 Electric light in bathroom not working. Repair all non-
working lights and install globes on all lights that are
missing globes. Multiple adapters are in use and will
need removed.
IPMC 305.3 Kitchen cabinets shall be maintained in good
condition. Repair all missing drawers and drawer
fronts.
IPMC 304.10 Exterior stair treads are unsafe and will need
repaired/replaced. Need to install a grip-able
handrail on stairs. Railings&guards around rear
deck to multiple units will need to be 42"inches and
not 36"inches which is currently in place.
Front porch will need railing/guard installed since it is
over 30 inches off ground.
